Referred to as Cleveland, Mississippi’s most sought after styling experience, Konceited Trends Beauty Salon offers healthy hair care and unmatched styling expertise. Founded in 2015 by award winning stylist Ivory Hollins, Konceited Trends operates by these guiding principles: listen, understand, educate, and deliver. These guiding principles have served the salon well since for the past three years, and has set the tone for rapid growth to include a custom hair extension line (Konceited Strands)
and nationwide clientele.
Whether it’s a show stopping hair weave or a deep condition and silk press, Ivory is equipped to deliver. Through ongoing continuing education, Ivory is a master in her craft; incorporating customized industry techniques into each client experience…the Konceited Trends experience.
Your styling experience is centered around achieving your desired outcome. Ivory understands that a successful salon visit starts with first understanding your desires, and then identifying your needs. Each styling experience focuses on integrating your desires with your needs to culminate in the most superlative design for your face shape, bone structure, and hair type. But your experience does not end when you leave the salon; you are educated on how to maintain your desired look until your next visit.
From classic looks and protective styles to edgy cuts and signature color cocktails, your ending result will magnify both your inner and outer beauty. That’s the exquisite nature of a Konceited Trends experience!
MEET THE OWNER
IVORYHOLLINS
MASTER COSMETOLOGIST |SALON OWNER
Ivory Hollins was born in Greenville, Mississippi and relocated to Pace, Mississippi at the tender young age of four. With no one to do her hair, and her guardian unable to provide resources to pay for hair services, Ivory was left to her own devices. She started doing her own hair in the fifth grade and the rest is Mississippi Delta history. What started out of necessity unlocked a gift and a calling in Ivory. She didn’t realize it at the time, but Ivory was a trailblazer in the making.

Ivory completed cosmetology school at Coahoma Community College and made history as the first CCC student to win first place at the Bronner Brothers competition in 2013. She also earned the top spot in the bob competition at the 2012 DCI Hair Show in Memphis, Tennessee. Additionally, Ivory is a certified wig constructor through the Hair Diagram.
Ivory has successfully established her brand, Konceited Trends; through continuous training, innovation, skill, and a people-centered approach to serving her clients. Her laser focus has served her well, as she has been crowned the unofficial “weavologist” of the South. Ivory’s laser focus on her craft has afforded her the ability to grow in her field, and she launched her Konceited Strands custom hair extension line in 2016.

Understanding that to whom much is given, much is required; Ivory also supports the community through Konceited Kares, the philanthropic arm of Konceited Trends. She hosts a makeover luncheon for selected breast cancer survivors in October, provides Christmas donations, and coordinates a collaborative of stylists and barbers to offer free back to school styles and hair cuts for children who don’t have the resources to otherwise receive these services.
With an infectious, perpetually buoyant personality; Ivory treats each client like long lost kinfolk. She often expresses, “I love doing hair because of the way my clients feel and look once I am done.” Her purpose is definitely her passion and this is evident in every Konceited Trends experience.

To ensure quality service and an amazing salon experience we ask that you comply with our salon policies. Respecting your time is very important and your promptness is greatly appreciated. Our policies are strictly enforced! To better serve you please reserve ALL Beauty services NEEDED when scheduling.
• ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN/GUESTS ALLOWED in the salon unless being serviced.
• Absolutely, NO EATING in the salon
• $5 convenience fee is added to ALL credit/debit card transactions (CASH, MC, VISA, AMEX and DISCOVER are accepted)
• A $25 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED when scheduling reservations online or by phone. PLEASE BE ADVISED! Deposits are non refundable, transferable, or can be used by another person . Be prepared to make payment at that time to secure your reservation.
• 24hr. Notice is required to cancel your reservation. Any cancellations made less than 24hr will be charged a $25 last minute cancellation fee.-
$35 NO SHOW Fee will be applied if you don’t cancel.
• 30 min will be considered late and will result in a longer wait time or rescheduled.
